How the Swap Works
Our menstrual cup swap program makes it easy to try a new cup size or style. Here's how it works:
1. Purchase your menstrual cup and try it for up to 3 cycles.
2. If the fit isn't quite right, contact us within 100 days of purchase.
3. We'll send you a replacement cup in a different size at no extra cost.
4. Feel free to keep your original cup. Hygiene matters :)
It's this simple
Step 1 — Try it
Use your DIDO cup for up to 100 days. Give it a real chance across at least one full cycle. Most people need 2–3 cycles to get fully comfortable.
Step 2 — Tell us
If it still doesn't feel right, contact us at hello@its4u.com.sg with your order number and tell us what isn't working — too firm, too soft, too big, too small. We'll help you figure out the right size.
Step 3 — We send you the swap
We'll send your replacement size directly to you. Discreet packaging as always.
Step 4 — You're sorted
No awkward returns process. No sending anything back. Just a cup that actually fits.

It feels too full too quickly-->Swap up to the next size
It feels too firm / uncomfortable--> Swap to a smaller size
It leaks even when not full-->Swap down to a smaller size
