Where do you deliver? We deliver islandwide across Singapore.

What are your delivery options and rates?

Free for Orders above $70

Same-day (order before 2PM)$12.00

Free for Orders above $120

How does same-day delivery work? Place your order before 2PM and it will be delivered between 3PM – 8PM the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be delivered the following day on standard timing.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays? Standard delivery operates on working days only. If you need delivery on a specific day, leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can I leave delivery instructions? Yes — add them in the address field at checkout. For example: "hide in riser", "leave with concierge", or "call upon arrival".

PACKAGING

Will anyone know what's inside? Never. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging — no brand name, no product name, no logos on the outside. Your privacy is our priority, always.

ORDERS

What if an item I ordered is out of stock? We'll contact you within 1 business day to discuss alternatives or arrange a full refund.
