We are the exclusive Singapore distributor for PT Danpac Pharma's intimate wellness brands including DIDO, VIVO, VIVO Condoms and Sensitif.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from its4u.com.sg you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree please do not use this website.
3. Products
All products sold on its4u.com.sg are body-safe and sourced directly from PT Danpac Pharma. Product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge and may be updated without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. We accept payment via credit card, debit card and PayNow. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Condor Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Singapore within 48 hours on business days. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand name visible on the outside.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Age Restriction
Some products sold on its4u.com.sg are intended for adults aged 18 and above. By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on its4u.com.sg including text, images, logos and design is the property of Condor Pte Ltd or PT Danpac Pharma and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Condor Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
