Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your its4u purchase. If something is wrong we will make it right.

2. Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used intimate wellness products. This applies to all DIDO and VIVO products once the seal has been broken.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

3. DIDO Cup Swap Guarantee

If your DIDO menstrual cup does not feel right we will swap it for a different size — no forms, no judgment. To request a swap:

  • Email us at hello@its4u.com.sg within 30 days of delivery
  • Tell us your order number and which size you need
  • We will arrange a swap at no additional cost

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@its4u.com.sg with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged product

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and send the correct item immediately.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
