1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver islandwide across Singapore. All orders are fulfilled by our appointed third-party logistics partner.
2. Delivery Options & Rates

3. Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2PM. Your order will be delivered between 3PM – 8PM on the same day.
4. Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No brand name, no product name, no logos on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.
5. Delivery Instructions
Have special instructions? Leave them in the address field at checkout — for example "hide in riser", "leave with concierge" or "call upon arrival". We will do our best to accommodate.
6. International Orders
We currently ship within Singapore only. For international enquiries please contact us at hello@its4u.com.sg.
7. Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock we will contact you within 1 business day to discuss alternatives or arrange a full refund.
